The $68 million Beverly Hills mansion owned by celebrities Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck remains unsold, and local realtors say that there has been no movement on the property, according to TMZ.
The 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom has had a number of showings, but apparently the interest hasn’t generated any serious offers or lead to any deals being in place.
The celebrity couple, who are working towards a divorce, purchased the property for $60 million over a year ago and pumped in tons of money in renovations, but apparently those renovations have done little to justify an $8 million price hike from the sale price a year later.
Affleck has already moved on from the home, recently purchasing a $20.5 million mansion in Brentwood.
Lopez filed for divorce at the L.A. County Superior Court this month, per TMZ.
